SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Products ordered from the MOS-PORTUGAL online store will be shipped and delivered on business days, from Monday to Friday. By accessing your account, you can check the orders that have been placed and track the status of your order in real-time. We can only guarantee successful delivery if the shipping address for the products is correctly provided. A delivery is considered made, or a product is considered delivered, once the receipt is signed at the agreed delivery address.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges associated with your order will be invoiced per order, meaning that if you order more than one item, you will only pay shipping once. However, Deartis ("Deartis - Cerâmicas, Lda.") reserves the right to split the delivery of the order, for example, if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we split the order, the customer will be notified by email. The email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used for this purpose.

At the time of delivery, you should check the packaging and the products shipped to verify any damages. If you find that the products are damaged, do not accept the delivery of the order, which should be returned immediately using the Return mechanism available on www.mos-portugal.pt. Deartis ("Deartis - Cerâmicas, Lda.") will refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping once the return process is completed at its headquarters.

For returns, please contact us via the following phone number (+351) 244 491 250 or by email at [email protected] or through the 'Contact' form.

The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, it is not returned within the following 15 days.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

After your order is placed, payment is confirmed, and all items ordered are available, Deartis commits to shipping your order within the following delivery timeframes:

  • In Mainland Portugal, the Madeira and Azores Archipelagos between 5 and 10 business days.

Deartis will not be responsible for any non-compliance, or delay in fulfilling, any shipping obligation caused by an event of force majeure, i.e., an event, act, or omission beyond its reasonable control.
